Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM (GMT+8) may be processed the following business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer worldwide shipping. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days
- Asia (excluding China): 5–12 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — sign up for our newsletter to be notified.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the provided link. If you haven't received tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at loomjin.shop@gmail.com.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your country's customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Loomjin is not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can investigate with the shipping carrier.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may not be possible once an order has been processed.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at customs), we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
